A chatbot is a software application with an automated responder, sometimes known as a robot. It is always learning and working to improve its language skills so it can better understand what you are asking, and then be able to provide you with the correct information in return. The Quest Chat can answer many frequently asked questions about QuestDirect, MyQuest, and Appointment Scheduling. Just start by typing a question.

The chatbot can only guess what you are typing based upon patterns in its "memory." If the words you type don't match up with one of the patterns it understands (and has an answer for), then it doesn't "understand." But the chatbot is always "learning." The phrases it doesn't understand today may be used to help the chatbot become better at understanding tomorrow.
Until then, try typing your question a different way. For example, instead of typing "I have an appointment at 7 AM tomorrow and want to reschedule it to Friday" just type "How do I reschedule my appointment."
